Ciao a tutti,
Today I've had a chance to test the power suppply we changed on
SM1-North face last Friday. I remind you that the +6V power line
had failed (was reading ~1V), and wouldn't start after 2-3 power
cycles. I found the power supply without its cover, on the spare
crate (I guess Massimo worked on it during the weekend). After
testing the 4 big beer-can 80,000uF electrolytic capacitors (one
of which had evident traces of dried liquid on it, as if it had
leaked at some point...) found no problem; then, testing it under
full load (~15A on +6V, ~5V on +-12V) passed OK. I don't know
if Massimo has already fixed something on it, but as it is, it
seems to have no problem.
