Dear macro-rare,

Doug is producing a final agreement relating to the end of the MACRO
experiment and has asked for each working group to provide some details about
the plans for the final papers. Based on the discussion we had at LNGS, I
propose the following:

(1) Long, comprehensive article on magnetic monopoles
    - data set completed 1-May-2000 (wfd removed)
    - Phys. Rev. D, submission by 31-Dec-2000
    - top priority

(2) Short paper quoting final nuclearite limits
(3) Possible short paper quoting final LIP limits

I do not believe that (2) or (3) need be considered in detail for our final
agreement about the end of the experiment. However, (1) requires agreement
that we will not supersede the final paper with an incremental improvement of
flux limits based on running after 1-May.

Please respond with comments; our response is due 14-Feb. If there
is no discussion I will simply forward (1-3) to Doug.
