new SMT installed and in acq in vxax2

Hi,
as of tonight (run 11083) the new SMT is in acq.
The new camal lists are found in directory [scintsoft]
and they are gut16_cit.lis1 and gut16_cit.lis2.
I and Erik fired LEDs in mini aquisition to verify that the tanks and
the electronics function.
We also observed the rates from the 2 mvaxs with the new SMT and they
seem reasonable. Further rate control on a tank per tank basis will be
performed in time when we have some runs. The new SMT does not read the
wfd of top and attico verticals yet.
In a week's time probably we can decide if the temporary camac lists
will become official.
