When exactly did the WFD readout buffer size change?

I have trying for quite a while to find out when exactly the WFD
maximum readout buffer length was changed. So far all I have been
able to find out was that it happened sometime between July 15 and
then end of July. I need to know the run number that this happened
on. I need to know in the next day or so since I will be processing
the tape that covers this period starting in the next two days. I
need to update my software to take this into account. If you know the
answer to this question or can find out *please* let me know.
