     Ciao a tutti,

    starting from run 18538 (05-Nov-99), the box 3C16-1 produced
    WFD problems (bit fraction out of tolerance). Checking it, we
    found that this counter has a light leak. So, from run 18552 (08-Nov-99),
    we decided to turn off it.
    We'll repair this box during the gain reset (just started).
